Welcome back to your training to become my slave. We've gone over your intake and some of the protocols you'll have to learn and follow, and now we're going to address another foundational pillar of your service. That being your physical conditioning of your body. You see, I demand that my slaves be in tip top physical shape. Not just because your servitude will be physically demanding, but also to train you to learn proper levels of self-discipline. You'll also need to be able to perform all the tasks I require, and honestly I want you to be healthy. A slave after all, is an extension of his Goddess and I like to take care of my toys. You're not very useful to me if you're weak and lazy, are you?
So you're going to begin a daily fitness program and follow it no matter how hard it seems for you. Additionally, you're going to pick up a nutritional program as well. It's not just about exercise after all, it's about what you eat as well. You're going to track all your workouts and every single calorie you consume and will report everything to me exactly how I instruct you. We're going to be checking in with your progress to make sure you show improvements in your strength, endurance and flexibility and only after we can demonstrate measurable results will I know you are dedicated to your service.
